COVID-19 Updates

We know the Coronavirus is likely on your mind and we wanted you to be assured it is on ours too! 
 
Here at SDE we continue to plan confidently for our public events and currently have NO plans to cancel them. 
 
We are closely following the ongoing developments in the spread of this virus and will react accordingly to each, keeping the safety of our staff, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees in mind.

If you are sick at the time you planned to attend any SDE event, please stay home and contact one of our Customer Satisfaction Representatives by calling 1-800-462-1478.

In addition to what our hotel partners are doing, we are sending disinfecting wipes for our attendees to use and disinfecting spray and paper towels for our on-site staff to use as needed on heavy-use surfaces.

If you have questions about an SDE consultant scheduled to come to your school, please contact your Account Executive or our Customer Satisfaction Representatives at 1-800-462-1478.

As of now we are not currently planning on canceling any of our events. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from our customers. In the event that we do need to cancel an event in an abundance of caution, our Customer Satisfaction team will call you directly.

If you are sick, we respectfully request that you stay home. Please call our Customer Satisfaction team at 1-800-462-1478 to assist you with changing your registration status.

We’ve extended our cancelation policy so that you can make an informed decision on, and register confidently for, an upcoming event. You can cancel your registration up to 8 days prior to the event without penalty. If the event date is 7 days or less, please contact our Customer Satisfaction Team at 1-800-462-1478 for assistance.
